Standard Policy

• Public liability up to £2 Million for injury or damage to property
• Cover for you and anyone using your chair with your permission
• Accidental damage to your chair including theft and vandalism
• Replacement of your chair if we are unable to repair it
• Using your chair abroad for up to 90 days
• Serious Injuries to you while using your chair
• Loss or theft of personal effects
• Policy may not cover Mechanical Breakdown
• There is an excess to pay for claims under the public liability and accidental damage sections

Optional Extras

• Recovery Service
  
  If your chair breaks down, or if after an insured event your chair is unusable, we have a recovery service which will recover you and your chair and return it to your chosen destination within a 20 mile radius of breakdown.

If you choose not to use the recovery service, we will refund costs incurred by you to get you and your chair up to a limit of £100.
• Puncture Insurance
  
  If your chair suffers from a puncture we will cover the cost of fixing the puncture up to a value of £50 as long as a receipt is provided.
• Key Insurance
  
  f your key is accidentally lost, damaged or stolen, we will pay up to £1,000 in respect of:
  a) Locksmiths charges, new locks (if a security risk has arisen)
  b) Replacement keys
  c) Re-programming of immobilisers, infra-red handsets and alarms
