How we use AI Technology
We provide AI-supported customer support and optional spam filtering for Customer Support. No personal data or interactions are used to train or improve LLM service provider models.
AI in Customer Support
Our customer support system uses AI to assist with enquiries and manage tickets, processing organisation/user ID and representative email along with your issue description. This helps us respond efficiently and fulfils our contractual obligations. We use an LLM service provider with contractual safeguards to protect your data. Your data is never used to train these models and is processed solely for providing support. Support data is retained for the duration of our contractual relationship. All AI system output is thoroughly anonymised and contains no customer-identifying information.
Data Protection in AI Services
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard personal data, with additional contractual safeguards for AI service providers. We practice data minimisation and limit personal data exposure in our products and internally. We maintain logs of AI system interactions for security and accountability.
