Making a claim

We hope that nothing happens to you or your insured items. However, if you do need to make a claim, we are here to make sure the process is as quick and simple as possible.

How to make a New Claim:

Simply call our friendly team on 01730 233 101 and select Option 1 for the Claims team. It would be helpful (but not essential) to have your Policy Number available.

Enquire about an Existing Claim:

Simply call our friendly team on 01730 233 101 and select Option 1 for the Claims team. It would be helpful (but not essential) to have your Policy Number available.

Need the Recovery Team?

If you have Breakdown Recovery included in your policy and need to contact the Recovery Service, please call us on 01730 233 101 and select Option 3 for the Recovery team.

If you are awaiting a call back from the Claims team, please allow 48 hours for them to contact you.
