Making a Claim
Please have your policy number to hand before contacting the claims team. Your policy number is displayed on your confirmation email/letter and your certificate of insurance.
When making a claim, it’s the policyholder’s responsibility to provide supporting evidence to proceed with a claim, as well as a quote or an engineer’s report if required.
