How do you make a claim?
Obviously we hope that nothing happens to you or your insured items. However if you do need to make a claim we are here to make sure the process is as quick and painless as possible.
If you need to make a claim please give our friendly team on 01730 233 101 and we will guide you through the process. It would be useful (but not essential if you had your policy number to hand). Alternatively, you can email us and we will aim to respond within one working day.
If you have breakdown recovery included in your policy and need to contact the recovery service, please call us on 01730 233 101 and select option 2.
