How do you cancel, change or renew your policy?

Cancellations - Once you take out a policy with Blue Badge Mobility Insurance you have a 14 day period of grace during which you can cancel your policy and receive a full refund (provided you have not made a claim).

Changes - You can change a number of your policy details such as address, scooter and contact details.

Renewal - Our policies run for a year which means that at the end of the insurance period you have an option to continue your cover by renewing your policy. As with everything we do we aim to make this process as simple as possible. A short time before your policy is due to expire you will receive a letter from us informing you of how to renew and any changes in premium.

To carry out any of these tasks simply get in touch with us either:

1. By phone - Simply call us on the number above and we'll guide you through what needs to be done. OR

2 By email - Email our team on support@BlueBadgeMobilityInsurance.co.uk quoting your policy number and we will endeavour to reply within one day.

In both cases the process will be helped by having your policy number available. But don't worry if you don't know it, just call our team and we'll find it for you.
